     committee did        SWOT Analysis of the Princeton Plan

     prioritized the SWOT analysis results
             THE CHARGE
    Conduct a SWOT analysis on the 
    proposed Princeton Plan model. 
    Provide feedback from the SWOT 
    analysis to the Board of Education as 
    they consider restructuring the three 
    elementary schools from 
    Neighborhood Schools to the 
    Princeton Plan model. (K-1, 2-3 and 4-
    5)
       GOAL:
       Restructure the three elementary 
       schools from neighborhood schools 
       to the Princeton Plan model. (K-1, 2-3 
       and 4-5)
       * The Board has not made the decision to include 
       this as their    goal or move to the Princeton 
       Plan. We utilized this language to  assist us 
       during the SWOT analysis.
