Chemistry of protein
       
           Amino acids are hydrolyzed proteins or end product when proteins 
         are digested by enzyme acids or alkali. There are over 200 identified 
         amino acids out of which 20 (10%) frequently occur as components of 
         proteins
       
           The structure is a carbon(c) with three groups of atoms attached to 
         it.
