                 This tool has been designed to allow you (the event organiser) to calculate the footprint associated with your event
                 The purpose is to help you reduce the footprint of your event and offset the residual emissions
                 If you would like to apply to make your event carbon neutral please address all the questions in this tool 
                 Once the form is complete please send it back to BP Target Neutral who will advise you on next steps
