44 overwritten based on the new Inflation Factor contained in subsequent PBW templates. Simply open the newest PBW template and find the current
45 Inflation Factor calculated for the specified Based Date and Bid Date in the [ENR] worksheet, which is located in the cell reference displayed in cell [A7].
46 Enter that new Inflation Factor value in cell [B17] in this workbook, and the new project budget estimate will be calculated and updated to current ENR
