CONSTRUCTION COST ESTIMATE FOR SUBDIVISION WORK

User Notes

(a) The purpose of this table is to estimate construction costs for subdivision work in order to determine development application fees.

(b) The unit rates, although independently verified and considered accurate for the purpose of calculating a genuine construction cost estimate, are indicative only. Applicants may nominate there own rate. Refer to User Notes (c), (d) and (e).

(c) Applicants may provide an alternate form of construction cost estimate which will be checked by Council.

(d) If the applicant's estimate is a variation of more than 10% to Council's estimate, the applicant may be required to engage an independent quantity surveyor to review the cost estimate. (Refer to NSW Planning & Infrastructure Draft Planning Circular)

(e) Please read the Declaration in Section 10 of this document. The Declaration must be complete if using this document to estimate the construction cost.
