         agree to follow the stated policies and procedures.  All laboratory personnel are required to 
         attend: “Laboratory Safety at the NIH” and “Working Safely with HIV and Other Bloodborne 
         Pathogens” prior to working with human, and non-human primate, derived materials. 
         Completion of the on-line refresher course is required every year thereafter.
