                  CAREER COACHING SURVEY – 2016-2017
The Career Center strives to provide quality services that help students attain their educational and career goals. We
would appreciate your honest feedback about your scheduled 30-minute career coaching appointment (NOT drop-in
career advising) during this semester. This survey will take approximately 6-10 minutes.

Your responses will remain confidential and will not be connected to your name at any time. We will make some
connections to demographic data provided by university records, but all data will only be reported in aggregate. No
    individual will be identified.

Results of this survey will help us improve the services we provide to students. Thank you very much for your
    participation!
