COURSE OUTLINE: APPLICATION WITH PYTHON 
                   
                  1.0 Synopsys 
                  This is an introductory course for trainees with little or no programming experience. The course will 
                  focus  on  planning,  organizing,  and  writing  computer  programs.  It  aims  to  expose  trainees  with 
                  computational work in solving science, technology, engineering & mathematic (STEM) problems and 
                  enable the trainees to write small programs that allow them to accomplish useful goals. 
                  2.0 Objective: 
                  Upon the completion, trainees are expected to acquire on the following: 
                       1.  Outline the operational procedure of programming language. 
                       2.  Evaluate the program structure in Python environment. 
                       3.  Develop a programming/syntax solution.
