WELCOME
We are pleased you have chosen the Carle Bariatrics program, and we
look forward to giving you the guidance and confidence you need to
transform your life.
Because weight loss surgeries limit food intake, a change in eating
habits is absolutely necessary for success of the program. This book will
help you understand the changes you need to make as well as the types
of food that will provide the nutrition you need.
