Notwithstanding anything contained in the Scheme: design, network design and route planning for perishable inventories, (i) the Transferred LogisƟcs & Warehousing LiabiliƟes shall not carried out through FEL or its subsidiaries or joint venture enƟƟes or exceed the aggregate amount stated in this Clause; (ii) that the associate companies, as may be determined and communicated by RRVL amounts specified against each Person in Schedule I hereto is to the other ParƟes.
