Immanuel FIT Employee Wellness Program Immanuel Wellness Philosophy Mission Christ-Centered Service to Seniors, Each Other and the Community. Wellness Vision Statement Immanuel is committed to providing a healthy and safe place to work, where employees are empowered and encouraged to live a healthy lifestyle. To that end, we are committed to creating a culture of wellness, providing the highest level of “Christ-centered” holistic wellness programs through an approach that encompasses the body, mind and spirit of every person. Wellness Goal The Immanuel FIT Employee Wellness Program’s overall goal is to improve the quality of life for employees of Immanuel. This will be accomplished by promoting programs that take a holistic approach to wellness of the body, mind and spirit. Welcome to the Immanuel FIT Employee Wellness Program We encourage you to participate in all the great wellness programs Immanuel has to offer. Here, you will find Immanuel’s full list of programs. You can access our online FIT website at any time. If you are a new employee, you will be able to access the website the first week of the month following your start date. 2 Wellness Reward Earn a discount on your monthly health insurance premium and get healthy along the way. Items to complete: ▪ Complete your yearly wellness check by seeing your health care provider. ▪ Complete our online health risk assessment via the FIT Wellness website. ▪ Earn 150 points through participation in the Immanuel FIT employee wellness events and programs (see page four for list of activities). Your wellness reward is a $15.00 reduction in your health insurance premium each pay period.
