Metcalfe Public School Council Hot Lunch Program

                  NEW! This year we will be serving Booster Juice wraps and smoothies.  Pizza will once again be ordered from 
                  Mr. Mozzarella who advertise their pizza as peanut/nut free.  Booster Juice wraps and smoothies will be served 
                  during first nutrition break and hotdogs, pizza, and Subway sandwiches will be served during the second 
                  nutrition break on Fridays (or Thursdays on weeks with no school on Fridays).  Please fill in the order form 
                  below and return it to the office by February 19, 2018.  Please ensure your payment and completed form 
                  are inserted into an envelope or securely attached together.  Please note that any orders received after this date 
                  will take at least one week to process.  If you have any questions, please contact us through the email below.
