SOW - REPAIR & RENOVATION WORKS - FIRST FLOOR GENTS & LADIES REST ROOMS NEAR MED UNIT SL. No. Item description A DISMANTLING AND BREAKING WORKS: 1 Dismantle the existing WCs, urinals, wash basins, counter tops, mirrors, partitions, light fittings etc. and shift them to the location identified by USG staff 2 Remove the false ceiling and clear debris 3 Break and remove the floor & wall tiles and clear debris B CIVIL AND TILING WORKS: 1 Repair any andulations / damages to the floor and level the floor with proper sloping and prepare for tiling work Supply and fix premium quality approved ceramic wall tiles NITCO/JOHNSON/KHAJARIA or 2 equivalent using proper adhesives as per manufacturer’s recommendations. Note: Sample to be shown and tiles to be supplied and fixed only after getting approval on shade and quality. Supply and fix premium quality approved anti skid floor tiles NITCO/JOHNSON/KHAJARIA or 3 equivalent using Nito bond or equivalent adhesive at least 3mm thick from FFL. Follow manufacturer’s recommendation for application. Note: Sample to be shown and tiles to be supplied and fixed only after getting approval on shade and quality. 4 Floor tiling at the door areas shall be verified to avoid any fouling. If needed the floor to be chipped down a bit or the door height may be reduced. C FALSE CEILING WORKS: Supply and install ARMSTRONG or Equivalent ceiling tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 17mm either 1 square lay in or tegular model along with T24 grids as needed. Work includes appropriate channel fixing and related works 2 Provision on the ceiling to be made for fixing exhaust louvers and LED light fittings D PLUMBING AND RELATED WORKS: 1 Supply and fix counter top granite slab to match the existing size and thickness. Note: Sample to be shown and fixed on getting approval on shade and quality. 2 Any damages to pipelines, drainlines to be repaired as necessary with supply of necessary materials 3 Supply and install wash basins of appropriate size CERA / PARRYWARE or Equivalent 4 Supply and fix approved sensor angle valves (taps) with connections to hot and cold water supply 5 Replace the plumbing faucets, hand driers, paper towel dispensers, toilet paper holders as necessary 6 Refix the removed WCs, urinals as necessary E SS PARTITION WORK: 1 Supply and fix SS 304 (matt finish) SS partitions between the wash basin counters, WCs etc. Work includes supply and fixing with appropriate channels, supports accessories 2 Supply and install small SS 304 (matt finish) running counter (width - 6 inches) at a height of around 5 feet at the designated location identified F CARPENTRY AND RELATED WORKS: 1 Repair any damages to the doors and varnish the doors and door frames 2 Supply and fix heavy duty Dorma / Godrej or equivalent door closer along with a heavy duty door stopper on the door. 3 Supply and fix wash basin counter mirrors (8mm thick) Saint Gobian or equivalent. 4 Supply and fix two SS sign board on the door as per approved sample 5 Repair the window frames apply metal paste as necessary 6 Supply and paste frost sticker on the windows of approved design and color 7 Supply and fix vertical blinds of approved quality, shade and color G PAINTING WORK: 1 Apply two coats of premium emulsion paint on the rest room outer walls with roller finish Note: 1. Vendor to take measurements during site inspection. 2. Vendor has to follow proper installation or work procedures while carrying out fabrication, plumbing and civil works. 3. Vendor has to follow all safety rules while executing the works. 4. Debris to be cleared from work site on regular basis and work site to be maintained as much clean as possible.
