                 Standards for banks, to provide fair treatment to their customers 
                 *The board oversee compliance with the "Code of Bank's Commitment to Customers services. 
                 *sets  minimum standards for fair and transparent treatment of individual customers availing 
                 bank services 
                 “Code of Commitment to Micro and Small Enterprises” (MSE Code). 
                OBJECTIVE:- 
                 1.  To  promote  good  and  fair  banking  practices  by  setting  minimum  standards  in  dealing  with 
                     customers 
                     2. To  increase  transparency  so  that  customers  have  a  better  understanding  of  what  they  can 
                     reasonably                     expect                    of                    the                   services 
                     3. To  encourage  market  forces  through  competition  to  achieve  higher  operating  standards 
                     4. To  promote  a  fair  and  cordial  relationship  between  the  customers  and  the  Bank 
                     5. To foster confidence in the banking system. 
                Member- All commercial bank (pub, pvt,foreign), UCB (urban co-operative bank), RRB’s 
                BCSBI has advised all Banks to submit  Annual Compliance Certificate with the  status as on  31st 
                 December every year.  
                BCSBI will not accept or deal with any customer complain or grievances.
