                          Action vs Reaction 
                                      
        When is inspired action REAL vs being in reaction mode? It’s up to us to break the cycle 
                           of fear and negative thoughts! 
                                      
         “The psyche is built upon avoiding this pain, and as a result, it has fear of pain as its 
         foundation. That is what caused the psyche to be. To understand this, notice that if the 
          feeling of rejection is a major problem for you, you will fear experiences that cause 
          rejection. That fear will become part of your psyche. Even though the actual events 
       causing rejection are infrequent, you will have to deal with the fear of rejection all the time. 
         That is how we create a pain that is always there. If you are doing something to avoid 
         pain, then pain is running your life. All of your thoughts and feelings will be affected by

      Are the actions you are taking today coming from a place of love/inspiration/or fear? Be 
      honest with yourself! 
       
        1.  Identify your biggest goal right now. Examples include buying your dream home, 
          getting new job, signing up for your first yoga retreat. 
           
        2.  Make a list of at least 10 underlying fears you have around this goal. For example, 
          if your goal is to build your dream home, you might have an underlying fear about 
          losing your job and defaulting on your bills. 
       
        3.  Do EFT (described beautifully in the judgement detox) to release he fears. 
       
        4.  Do fear setting as described in Sara’s webinar. If the worst-case scenario were to 
          happen in your fears were to come true, what would be your plan for moving 
          forward? Sometimes we have to see it to let it move. 
       
      Don’t be stingy with your journaling! Come up with as many fears as you can and let them 
      out. Remember, just because we aren’t speaking our fears out loud doesn’t mean they 
      aren’t there. And if they are there, they are messing with our manifesting skills.
